(Los Angeles, CA) - September 16th, 2009 Moving Pictures Film and Television (MPF&TV) hired the Bennett Media Worldwide (BMW) sales and support team, headed by veteran film and TV sales executive Paul Rich, effective September 1st, 2009. The BMW team and libraries are fully integrated into MPF&TV with the support of ICAP Media, a division of ICAP North America (ICAP). With the addition of BMW's 250 hours of programs to MPF&TV's existing library of 200 motion pictures, the combined total exceeds 600 hours of quality programming that can now be offered to worldwide buyers in all media.

Other additions to the team include: Gary Hirsch, former First Look and Sony Pictures exec, now Senior Acquisitions Executive at Moving Pictures. Additionally, MPF&TV has sold to First Look Studios "Lost City Raiders", which debuted on Sci Fi Channel (now SyFy) (U.S.).

MPF&TV is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICAP - the world's premier voice and electronic interdealer broker and provider of post-trade services. ICAP has an average daily transaction volume in excess of $2.3 trillion and is active in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, FX, emerging markets, equities, equity derivatives and new markets such as weather derivatives, shipping, carbon credits, intellectual property and media content. Based in New York, ICAP Media, Managing Director Gennaro Buonocore, will oversee the effort. ICAP will provide Moving Pictures Film and Television the ability and support needed to actively seek and acquire completed and near completion independent films with film festivals as an important focus for acquisitions. Currently MPF&TV acquisitions executives are in Toronto seeking new film opportunities.

"ICAP, one of the world's most trusted financial services companies, believes that Moving Pictures Film and Television is positioned to continue its growth and this alignment with the BMW team and the addition of top-notch talent like Gary Hirsch reinforce our commitment," comments Buonocore.

Most recently MPF&TV acquired Victory Films' catalog of 40 classic films, headlined by the original "Wild Geese" (Richard Burton, 1978) and "Freedom Road" (starring Muhammad Ali in his only dramatic film role). It has been reported in early September in some publications that a major producer and two leading Hollywood stars are engaged in a remake of "Wild Geese".

Among other recent acquisitions is the well-known franchise property "Hellraiser IV:Bloodline."

New projects, include the completed film "The Open Door", a supernatural thriller, by film producer Clint Carmichael and David Garber of Lantern Lane Entertainment), and a $4.0 drama co-production with Mills Street Productions and Prodigy Movies, Australia, "MARY, MARY." Earlier MPF&TV acquired foreign rights to "The Graves", which will be theatrically released in the U.S. in early 2010 by Lionsgate/After Dark Films' Horrorfest.
