Michael Madsen's acting career is in turmoil, due to the tabloid press generated by Billy Dant, an infamous member of the paparazzi. Madsen decides to turn the tables and hires a trio of up-and-coming documentary filmmakers to chronicle Billy Dant's life, loves, and troubles. But this act of vengeance quickly takes on a life all its own.
